Fostering Women’s Health Through Self-Care with Christiane Siebert

Women’s health is complex, personal, and evolving as we navigate the different stages of life. Join the UR New York Metro and UR California Women's Groups for an interactive workshop with Dr. Christiane Siebert, DACM, LAc ’91E (MM) to learn more about ways to care for your physical and emotional well-being, overcome challenges, and inspire new ideas for sustainable self-care practices. An integrative medicine practitioner focused on women’s health and fertility, Dr. Siebert will look at women’s health through both conventional and holistic medical lenses. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session.

Christiane Siebert is a board-certified doctor of Chinese medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a naturopathic practitioner focused on women's reproductive health. She is the founder and clinical director of Serenity Health Arts, a center for integrative holistic medicine in New York. A graduate of Pacific College in San Diego, she also holds a Master of Music degree in jazz studies from the Eastman School of Music.
