David M. Rodgers ’83
David Rodgers is a principal and a founding partner of Park Bridge Financial LLC, a boutique corporate real estate (CRE) advisory firm based in New York City. David is a 40-year veteran of the public and private CRE finance markets, providing restructuring, brokerage, consulting, advisory, and valuation services to institutional lenders, servicers, and property owners. He has grown Park Bridge’s Operating Advisor business to over 425 transactions totaling over $380 billion. David began his career as a portfolio lender, workout specialist, and equity asset manager for Goldome FSB and Prudential Insurance. David later led Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) securitization groups at Prudential Securities and Merrill Lynch, converting $70 billion of commercial mortgages to CMBS. David holds a bachelor’s in economics and political science from the University of Rochester.


Jason Scott Bordenick ’04
Jason Bordenick is a partner and portfolio manager at Maxim Capital Group. He is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of the firm’s investments. In addition, Jason is responsible for strategic capital formation and growth initiatives. Jason has over 19 years of industry experience and has invested $5+ billion in corporate real estate (CRE) debt and equity while holding senior investment positions at various institutions. Before joining Maxim, Jason was the founder and managing principal of Seven Valleys Capital (SVC), the direct lending arm for a multi-billion dollar (AUM) single-family office. Prior to SVC, Jason was a managing director at NorthStar Asset Management Group and a vice president at Natixis Real Estate Capital, LLC. Jason is a member of the Urban Land Institute New York Mixed-Use Council. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester.


Jared Ross Halperin ’06
Head of Real Estate and Managing Director at Meritage Group Jared Halperin leads the firm’s real estate investment strategy across the commercial, residential, and alternative sectors. Jared has sourced and executed over $8 billion of real estate-related transactions over the last 15 years across all real estate asset classes. Jared joined Meritage in 2017 to launch the firm’s real estate strategy and is responsible for equity and debt investments in real property, joint ventures, special situations, and credit opportunities throughout the capital structure of assets and companies. Jared currently manages several long-term-oriented investment platforms across the manufactured housing, RV park, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and wireless tower sectors. Before joining Meritage, Jared was a principal at Fir Tree Partners, an investment manager with approximately $13 billion of assets under management at the time, where he oversaw several of the firm’s real estate private equity and credit investments. Before Fir Tree Partners, Jared worked at three institutional investment firms including H/2 Capital Partners, Fortress Investment Group, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he focused exclusively on real estate investment opportunities. Jared received an MBA from the Wharton School where he was awarded the Martin Bucksbaum Fellowship in real estate, and a BA in political science from the University of Rochester.


Neda Barzideh Levy ’00
Neda B. Levy is the founder & CEO of Leo Search Partners (LSP), a boutique executive search agency specializing in placing exceptional executive, mid-level, and divisional lead talent in the real estate industry, with a sub-specialization in real estate in-house counsel as well as asset management roles. Before starting LSP, Neda was a partner at an award-winning and nationally recognized executive search firm leading and executing high-profile search engagements for C-suite and senior leadership roles for clients such as Mitsui Fudosan America, Lendlease Americas, New York Housing Partnership, SHVO, Silverstein Properties, and Stellar Management to name a few. With a background as VP General Counsel at a private equity real estate firm and Chief Administrative Officer at a real estate investment and development firm, Neda uniquely understands the challenges on both sides of the hiring process. She specializes in in-house legal, asset management, development and acquisition, and operations. Neda is a member and sponsor of GirlGang, an active member of ULI-New York, a Mixed-Use Council member, and a ULI Mentor since 2020. She was a member of ULI-NY Executive Board from 2020-2022 as a co-chair of Program Steering Committee. Neda is the co-founder of the Real Estate Alumni Group for the University of Rochester which launched in October 2022, and a frequent presenter and panelist at a variety of industry conferences. Neda earned her juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with high honors from the University of Rochester, cum laude.
